WARRANTY ::
Our machines are covered by a lifetime warranty for as long as you own them. During the first year, if anything happens to your machine, send it to us and we will repair and tune your tattoo machine and ship it back to you free of charge.
There are a few things that void this warranty. If you alter or remove the coils in any way [and we will know]. If you destroy or damage the machine due to your own negligence; there will be a charge for the parts that need to be replaced.
After the first year and for the rest of the time you own the machine, you can send the machine to us with a $10 money order and we will ship it back to you cleaned, re-sprung, tuned and good as new. There will be a charge for any parts that have been altered or need replacing due to misuse.
